What we service
More than the laser source.
A machine is a connected system. We look at the components around the symptom so a cooling, motion, optical, electrical, or control problem is less likely to be mistaken for something else.

Local, statewide & fly-out service
Phoenix, all of Arizona, and beyond.
On-site service is available throughout the Phoenix metro and anywhere in Arizona by arrangement. Fly-out service to neighboring states and other U.S. locations may also be available when the machine and project are a good fit.
Do you work on lasers you didn't sell?
Yes. We are an independent service provider and evaluate many commercial laser platforms regardless of where they were purchased. Share the manufacturer, exact model, and symptoms so we can confirm whether we are a good fit.
Can you service imported CO2 lasers?
Often, yes. Many imported CO2 machines use common Ruida controllers, motion components, optics, power supplies, and cooling systems. Parts availability, wiring quality, and machine modifications can affect what is practical.
Do you provide emergency service?
Production-down requests are prioritized when scheduling allows. Contact us with the machine model, symptoms, and whether production is stopped. Emergency or after-hours availability is not guaranteed and may be quoted separately.
Do you offer preventive maintenance agreements?
Yes. A quarterly preventive maintenance program is available for businesses that rely heavily on their machines. Scheduled visits build a history of machine condition and help reduce unexpected downtime.
Can you train our employees?
Yes. Training can cover safe operation, machine fundamentals, daily and routine maintenance, workflow, and practical troubleshooting for new or existing operators.
